each incense holder is hand built with a black stoneware clay. half of the arch is dip glazed in a volcanic rock - like colorful glaze.

it is 3.25 x 2 inches, and can hold regular incense sticks.

when ashes collect on the arch the piece can be cleaned with soap and water.
